Pricing for Website Design Services

We encourage you to simply contact us with your ideas and to discuss with us your organization's specific website requirements. We work with you to outline a website proposal / cost estimate tailored to your individual needs. Also, we can make complete arrangements for your domain name registration and setting up an ISP account.

The cost of a newly designed custom website is determined by a variety of considerations and budget constraints; it will necessarily vary since every business or organization is different. To fulfill the needs of most small businesses, organizations, and government agencies, we are finding the current cost of a multi-page website is generally averaging $3000 and up.

Introductory Single Web page: $550

Uploaded to your server:

  • One web page with up to 200 words of informative text
  • E-mail response Contact  form (name, address, phone #, fax #, e-mail)
  • Logo scan and two scanned photos, unenhanced, converted to web format (total: 3 images)
  • Color background
  • Registration with top search engines.

    Also available (see below):

  • Additional site maintenance;
  • Custom Domain Name (http://www.yourcompany.com);
  • Hosting is available at Monsters if you do not yet want your own server and domain name;

    • Most businesses and organizations require more than a single web page... the following prices will provide a guide as you develop your web site budget.Keep in mind any type of web application programming changes the pricing structure completely:

    Graphic Design Services:

  • $75 per hour for custom graphics such as logos, mastheads, special font headings, backgrounds, image maps, rollovers, enhancements (including resizing, retouching, color enhancement) and special text effects.

    • Animation / Sound Clips:

  • $75 each: Stock animation
  • $30 per frame: Custom designed animation
  • $75 for sound clip approximately 45 seconds long / sourced from CD or audio cassette

    • Website Text Updates:

  • $75 per hour, minimum of one-quarter hour billing time

    • Website Globalization & Translation Services:

  • Priced per project, based on content, complexity, type of set up.
  • Contact us for major translation estimates.
  • Text Translation will typically cost $600.00-$800.00 per 2000 word site.

    • Makeovers, Maintenance Updates and Revisions

  • Website maintenance, as needed: $75 per hour, minimum of 2 hour billing time
  • Contact us for major makeover estimates...depends on volume of text and graphical content involved.

    • Evaluations of Existing Sites

  • Detailed analysis of your site, with written report;
  • We'll check out its HTML coding, layout, download time, graphics, and attractiveness to search engines;
  • You select how many of the pages on your website you want professionally evaluated; $75 per page, minimum of 3 pages.

    • Custom Domain:  ie..... http.//www.yourbusiness.com

  • $29.99 setup fee...We can make all arrangements for your custom domain name registration and setting up an ISP account to host your web site.
  • $35 registration fee for your Custom domain name, paid to InterNIC (Network Solutions) which maintains the global domain registry.
  • Monthly server rental: paid by your company directly to the server of your choice

    • Electronic Commerce:

  • We can set up a shopping cart on your web site. You have several ecommerce options, which vary rather considerably in price. The best one for your firm will depend on your requirements and your budget. Check our electronic commerce page for a more detailed discussion of the options available.

    • On Site Consultation:

  • $120 per hour plus expenses...if requested to come to your place of business for staff training or for on-site work concerning your web presence.

    • Web Placement Services:

  • $75 per hour or
  • $150 per word per month/ Minimum 3 months

    • Hosting at Monsters

    PAYMENT TERMS:

  • 50% in advance
  • Balance due upon completion.

    • We accept: Cash / Check / Money Orders
    Monsters charges a $50 return check fee on all bounced checks.
